TRIPSPHERE : A Travel App
MOBILE APP DESIGN
Project Overview
The purpose of this project was to create a product to give the users a better experience of booking and planning their travel without missing on to best deals. As most of the travel apps and websites only provide with either travel or stay options and also doesn't allow people to explore places locally, while looking for multiple options at different apps takes plenty of time. To provide a great customer satisfaction TripSphere Travel mobile app was designed to help potential users from booking travel curated by the local guides -to planning their stay -to getting recommendations and customising their trip within the budget.
My Role:
Researcher and UX designer for the mobile app TripSphere
Problem Statement:
People tend to spend more time doing research on different website and go over budget.
My Responsibilities:
Conducting interviews- surveys, research, paper and digital wire-framing, low and high-fidelity prototypes and iterating design
Solution:
Trip Sphere will help people get best budget packages and list of places without spending more time on various websites
Design Process
USER RESEARCH
The main goal of conducting user interviews and surveys was to understand who the users are, their basic requirements while planning their trip, organising stay while exploring local places and identifying pain points such as using different websites, apps and understanding the users behaviour around booking commutation, stay arrangements, recommendations for restaurants to try the local cuisine and customising their trip considering the budget. Research on existing features and services that competitors provide were carried. Also understanding how the need of new features would enhance the overall user experience.

The chair is designed with the concept of cocktail glass, which is presented with a cherry and a stirrer toothpick, hence the name. The furniture is a bar chair which can be also used as a high chair. The seat is inspired from the cherry slices which is constructed in plywood and the base is in steel.
